Wind Down the Day with Henderson Smith (Level 1)

Mondays 6:00p-7:00p

  • Experience a holistic approach for improving your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Learn three types of Meditation and explore them within the practices of Qigong and Tai Chi.

  • Learn why Qigong, Tai Chi, and Meditation are defined as Mind-Body Medicine! Discover "The Healer Within" you and your power to activate it. Laugh and release tension at the end of your day with Spontaneous Qigong. Relax and enjoy exploring a powerful new relationship with your 3-Forever Friends (Mind-Body-Breath).

  • Experience the power of your qi (energy). Learn 3-Conscious Corrections, 3-Part Breathing, and 5-Basic Principles as you discover the foundation for a personal Qigong practice to improve your health, and build the foundation for practicing any style of Tai Chi. You will also learn the Wu Dang Mountain 18 Form Tai Chi as it was passed down to me form 17th Generation Daoist Master Zhou Jin Bo on my 2013 trip to the Wu Dang Mountains of China.

 

QiGong and Wu Dang Mountain Tai Chi Practice with Henderson Smith (Level 2)

Mondays 7:30p-8:30p

  • Refine your movements, deepen your practice, sharpen your focus, and improve your Wu Dang Tai Chi form. Mindfully engage your qi (energy) and contribute to any healing in your life and body with this graceful Tai Chi practice.

  • Build on the vitality-enhancing practice of Qigong through meditative martial movement. Improve your balance, flexibility, and strength through grounding, rooting, centering, and moving from your center. Practice the art of managing your qi and use a powerful energy-medicine to effectively release tension, anxiety, and stress.

  • Stay tuned for us to announce a 3-hour retreat to introduce Master Jo's Mystical Mountain Tai Chi
