On the first Saturday of every month, Living Well Therapies offers its signature 3-hour in person Tai Chi and Qigong retreat. Participants learn to access and activate their healer within. Instruction is focused on teaching WuDang Mountain 18 Form Tai Chi, Mystical Mountain Tai Chi, and a variety of Qigong forms to reduce stress and improve health.

All are welcome. No prior experience necessary. A healthy lunch is provided.

Chapelwood United Methodist Church is located off Memorial Drive at Voss. The class is taught in the Courtyard room, Parking lot B, Entrance 8.
