World class food. Three organic chef prepared meals daily. Complimentary coffee, tea, alkaline water and filtered water are available throughout the day. FAQ's

If for any reason you need to cancel before the Final Balance Due date of June 15, 2026, you may transfer your Initial Deposit paid (minus the $350 Non-Refundable Fee) to our next scheduled Tai Chi Retreat at Pura Vida Retreat and Spa which usually runs the same time the following year, OR, you may also request a refund for your Initial Deposit paid minus the $350 Non-Refundable Fee.

If you cancel anytime ON or AFTER June 15, 2026, you can transfer your Money Paid minus the $350 Non-Refundable Fee to our next scheduled Tai Chi Retreat at Pura Vida Retreat and Spa. There are no refunds after June 15, 2026 only deposit transfers to our 2027 retreat if arranged before 12 PM on July 14, 2026.

Yes! You will need a passport to travel into Costa Rica. We will also need a copy of your passport number and picture for our records.

Yes, we provide a shuttle both from the airport to Pura Vida Retreat & Spa and from the spa to the airport on the date of departure. You will need to book your shuttle after booking your airline ticket.

Yes! Room & board. 3 organic chef prepared meals are provided daily. All Tai Chi & Qigong & Conscious Self Governance Training is included. Transportation to and from the airport is included. Excursions and spa treatments are available at additional costs.
