Conscious Life Coaching
A healing journey on the path to self-awareness: living on purpose and effectively managing yourself in harmony with life as it presents itself. Conscious Life Coaching is designed to help you tune in, pay attention and live your highest human potential in each present moment.
120 minute sessions include Private Qigong, Tai Chi, Meditation and Mind-Body Medicine Lessons to develop your own personal practice as well as the Conscious Living Skills to choose the experience you wish to have with life, rather than allowing life to be a series of experiences that happen to you.
Coaching sessions are tailored to your individual needs, goals and unique considerations. Integrating whole person awareness, control and confidence through a practice of mindful, breathing and movement is essential to the Living Well Therapies approach. The healer resides within you, my role on your journey is to help you to access your inherent potential.
